Dr M’gadzah provided her services as an Educational Psychologist to our school based in East London. We are located in a multi-cultural area, which has a high level of deprivation. Her experience and skill in dealing with a wide range of families and staff was exemplary.
During the challenges of the pandemic she was creative and flexible in her approach as we worked together to create a remote model to assessment children. Her work directly contributed to successful requests for statutory assessment and her professional standards were of a very high standard throughout.
Staff feedback was that they found her input to be very useful and parents were put at ease throughout even when discussing sensitive issues and when using a translator.
We look forward to working with Shungu in the future and would recommend her highly.
